PPG assignment
The types of power that I usually used specially as a student to wield over my peers is a mixture of reward power and expert power. Reward power is the target person that complies in order to obtain rewards while the expert power, Is the target person complies because he/she believes the agent has the right to make the request.
As a student, these types of powers is efficiently effective in me. Because I always aim a rewards and seek's to have confidence in myself and work towards achieving my objectives in every goals or things that I comply. Some example situations of it is the way I pursue my studies knowing there's a superior reward that I will receive and achieve. Another situation is the way I keep my faith in the Lord, because I know that God is the most powerful, knowledgeable, kind, and good Almighty God we could ever have, whom is our only savior.
In conclusion, As a student, I find that using a mix of reward power and expert power is really effective for me. I motivate my peers with rewards and they trust my knowledge and skills. This helps me stay focused on my goals and have confidence in myself. For example, I work hard in my studies for the rewards and trust in God's power and goodness for guidance and strength in everything I do.Additionally, leveraging these types of power fosters a collaborative environment where mutual respect and support thrive. By motivating my peers with rewards, whether it be praise, recognition, or tangible benefits, I create a positive feedback loop that encourages continued effort and excellence. My peers, in turn, are more likely to seek my expertise and guidance, trusting in my capability to lead and assist them effectively. This dynamic not only enhances my personal growth but also contributes to the collective success of the group.
